My night wasn't squeak-less

So as you know, Brooky was staying the night in her bed in the room she now shares with Logan. Well, I seemed to think that it would be quite in my room now. NOOOOOO, dummy me. I forgot that I use the monitor thing so incase she cries I will for sure hear her. It's like louder then when she was sleeping in the bassinet. lol I had to put it on one so it was low enough I wasn't having to hear her breath. Needless to say, Logan did not get to bed at nine thirty, but an hour later. which was fine by Brooky b/c she didn't go to sleep till 11:30 and woke up when I put her in her crib. I turned the monitor on, tucked her in and walked out. She fell asleep after midnight. But slept in her own bed. When I got up with her the next morning, she had the blanket pulled over her face. Every night since then, she has done the same thing. Except this morning she had managed to kick off all the blankets and turn herself sideways. Crazy thing.

I went shopping for Logan's b-day.....so so much fun. Of course Ray gave me a certain amount to spend and I was not to go over. But I have to say I got him stuff that he will totally enjoy.
Ray's mom got two big things for him that I was wanting to get this year. So all in all he will have an awesome birthday.

I'm hoppin' off here now, logan is working on going to sleep, and brooky is too. We have VBS meeting tonight, so I have to get them down for nap and up to head out to Williamstown.
Is this heat killing anyone else? It's soooo sunny and hot out!
