Yes my friends, I'm just about 35 weeks. To me that is very exciting considering I started labor and dilating over 2 months ago.
Had my doc visit this wed, nothing has changed and well thats good cuz insurance will kick in this Sunday March 2nd.
My plan, well, is to have her that day!!! No joke. I've been holding off delivery for so long that now the contractions at times are unbearable. I'm tired of Brethine, and well I'm ready to meet my little blessing God has given to me. According to my pregnancy calender website, and my book, she is b/t 5 and 6 pounds. So, be prepared, if not Sunday, sometime very soon, you will be seeing a post that Brooky has been born. AMEM to that!
Im most definitely ready that is for sure. But the doctor says unless my water breaks before I reach 36 weeks, he would stop my labor. Pure torture I say! lol Doesn't he remember that she has been trying to come out for a long time now? Or that recently she really has been trying to enter this world, and that my cervix has been dilating more? He told me I was spoiled! Ha you believe that? (well maybe I am a little) But he said "you women who have early labors want it that way each time. Imagine if you carried the baby 40 weeks or even to 42 weeks." I told him uh no thank you, no need to imagine that b/c there is no way possible I could/ or will go that far. You kidding me? Even though he has decided to torture me, he really is a great doctor and will do everything he can to deliver this baby, since I've mostly saw just him my entire pregnancy. Just seemed to happen that way. My hubby, Ray, got to meet him for the first time this doc visit. I asked him what he thought when we were walking to our cars, he said he is nice, and he has a nice hair peice. Can you believe that? He doesn't have one, I'm pretty sure. He just has really nice hair! lol Maybe I will ask him when I'm in labor and having a really bad contraction, ya know, something to lighten the mood. Dare me???
We will o-fish-a-ly, lol, or officially, be rid of our old camper tomorrow. Yeppers. The guy is picking it up and it will be out of our lives.
I've decided that I want to go on the camping trip that Sis Gigi planned for end of march. That way I can get into the flow of things b/c our church Vaca is first week of June and we will be bringing our camper this year. I want to learn what I can ya know. It will be quite a haul though. I believe it's like an hour trip. Either way, I'm excited. Even though I will have Logan and Brooky, can't let that stop me. Besides, I'm sure Brooky will want to spend time with her aunty. (so aunty says)
I'm thinkin that is all I have to post right now. I'm pretty tired and well...need to rest up as much as possible, cuz Sunday my friends....will be a very busy day!

It's snowing...again...
I don't know about you folks, but I'm SOOOOO ready for warm weather.
It's snowing once again, and we should get up to 3 inches this time. But come Sunday, March 2nd, it's to be 50 degrees. Now that is Kentucky weather for you.
We just recovered from the last bout of snow and ice. I'm done with it!
**********************
I had my doc visit Wednesday. Haven't posted b/c I've been doing other things. But so you are caught up to date, I've dilated another half cent. I've been told to be on very strict bed rest. Doc assured me he would do whatever he could to stop labor if it was before March Second. My doctor rocks. lol
No really, I've finally found a nice doctor office, and all the doctors I've met within the practice, are super nice. It's such a comfort to not stress about how your doctor is going to treat you.
**************************
I woke up yesterday morning and realized that due date is not very far off, just a matter of days. And you know what? I realized I didn't have a car seat yet! My hubby and I planned on meeting for lunch, b/c I had to go to bank. Well we met up, ate lunch, and I said I would just go to store where I had a registry to get the car seat I picked out. It was no longer there. Can you believe that? Not only that, but they only had one "girly" car seat and it wasn't anywhere near as cute as the one I had picked out. But it was the last one, it was in the clearence section and I got it for 80.00. I had heard from friend that there was a cute girly one at another store so I ran there, while the other car seat was on hold. Come to find out it was just a little cheaper then the one from other store and well, I decided to get the one I had on hold. NO ONE , it seems had any girly car seats. I was soooo aggravated, tired of walking, and praying that I wouldn't go into labor and my water break in front of all the people shopping I didn't know. It didn't by the way.
I don't understand the lack of girl car seats!
But while I was there at the store lookin around I got a really cute jean jumper skirt for my baby girl. Some other odds and ends that I needed or that was on sale. :)

I got visitation, as Sis Gi Gi calls it, this weekend. Logan was home from Fri night till Sun afternoon. It was a little rough the first night, b/c he has established his own routine at her house. But Sat we had a blast. My little man is growing up. When Daddy got home Sat we went to Chuckie Cheese. Ray's mom met us there. Logan of course had a great time. They were packed as usual, but it was worth it to have a little family outing. He played hard that's for sure.
He stayed home with Daddy Sun morning and then I got home right after church. We hung out, ate and then he laid down for a nap. I tried to take one too, but it didn't work out. He went back with his other mommy (gigi) and I don't see him again till Thurs. It's won't be long though and I will have him back full time. Then I get to see what it's like having a newborn and an almost 2 year old. LOL pray for me!
************************
Had I mentioned we put our old camper up for sale? Well it sold within a couple of days being on auction. The guy came and seen it, and should be picking it up pretty soon. It's a relief to have it sold. I had no idea it would do so well.
I believe that is about it. I'm resting today due to my outing yesterday. But I have a doctor appt again tomorrow. Hopefully no change, but we will have to wait and see. tomorrow, according to doctor and the u-sounds, I am 34 weeks and 2 days today. Yea!!!! I was almost 36 weeks when I had logan. So we are doing great. It's only by the grace of God.

The weekend is almost over
We are going to try to take first camping trip the first week of April. Ray thinks we will have baby then, but I told him that it will be early march when we have her. All I have to do is not take my brethine, let the contractions get worse, and then labor progresses. It will happen when it happens. If I do end up going full term, which doc said I wouldn't, then well I might be in hospital when the camping trip is scheduled.
I get to see my little man tomorrow at church. He is coming home with me after morning service, and then g-ma will be there to see him for a little while. It's been a long time since she seen him. She will bring him back for me to take him to church with me again. Then he is off to Auntie Gigi's house. Whom he has totally fell in love with and her with him. I'm so thankful to have someone to watch him that I completely trust. Plus he is in an Apostolic home and that means a great deal.
My hubby is at friends house in Sparta to have a night of "relaxation" he calls it. In normal terms, that means party. He says I party at church, he just does a different kind of partying. My plan tonight is to get laundry done and caught up, put clean dishes away, and do the dirty ones. Get clothes together for Logans stay again at Gigi house and my clothes for tomorrow service. Work on Brooklynn's closet and dresser and be in bed by 10. It's currently half past 8. I don't know if I will make it, but that's the plan. So G'night to one and all.

Im so emotional
I don't have just one reason for feeling the way I do today. I can't seem to quit crying.
Last night church was really awesome. We had a visiting missionary from a really far away place.
I would tell you that place, but I can't seem to get the spelling right. If you say it, it looks like this- (papa-new-gin-ie) That make sense? It was a touching and very eye opening testimony that him and his wife gave.
I got my hubby a V-day card that really seemed to be made for me to give to him.
What did I get? Nothing last night, maybe he will hit the discount V-day rack today and
come home with something....any other hubby's as cheap as mine?
I got to see Logo last night. He has been with Aunty Gigi and has totally fallen in love with her.
He has such a different attitude since being with her. The other baby sitter, well lets say when we got Logan back at the end of the day, he was a holy terror. With Aunty Gigi, he has other kids his age to play with, and he is also in an Apostolic Home. To me that means so much. But it's hard b/c i miss him like crazy. I got so many kisses from him last night. I miss my little man. I can't quit crying, but I truthfully and so thankful, beyond words, that I have someone that I can totally count on. I know that she will have my son's best interests at heart, will be good to him. He will be taken care of like he was her own. As a matter of fact I think he thinks he belongs to her now! She bought him a pair of shoes, b/c he totally needed another pair, I just haven't been able to get out and get him some. (the whole bed rest thing ya know) Anyways...they light up. Now my son, so I've been told, is shouting all over the place to watch his feet light up. How cute is that. I can't wait to see them.
I don't have too much longer to go in this pregnancy. When I seen the doc Wed, he said he had wrote down that I was 31 weeks and 3 days (that day) But according to what I had written down, I was only 31 weeks and 1 day. lol
I'm nearing my 32 weeks I know that. March second is only 15 days off and if I go into labor after that, it's going to be ok for sure. Insurance will do their part, and little Brooky will be almost 35 weeks. I had logan early and he was just fine.
I have to just hang in there a little while longer, be thankful that I have someone who can help with Logan and who I trust completely. Know that God has everything in control and just trust in Him to handle it.

Happy Valentines Day and all that mush...
Now I will be honest and say...I love any holiday that there's a present involved.
But this hubby of mine, see's no reason to celebrate such days as Sweetest Day and Valentines Day. Unless he is trying to make up for something. lol
Now I have to admit the church had a grown up Valentines Banquet and the Hubby went with it to me. So I think he thinks he is excused from further celebration. Maybe he will surprise me somehow.
I did get him a really sweet card.
Would love to have a sweet card back from him and that would make me happy.
Today, my friends, has been a very busy day. It's already nearing 3pm and soon I will be getting ready for church.
My hubby had a list of stuff (paperwork items) he needed by Monday for a meeting. Looking for those items started a whole bunch of hours (like 4) of filing un-filed paperwork. Making new folders for items that didn't have one. Compiling any other items I know I will need to finish our tax paperwork for this year to hand over to the accountant. Really though, all I end up giving her is the numbers. I do all the work it seems and she just fills in the blank on her system. I know it has to be more in depth then that, but it never seems that way. I'm happy to say that I'm near finished with the taxes this year. I have to make an appt to meet with the accountant though.
Back to those items my husband needed, I've found most of them. The rest I'm waiting on other people to send to me.
I've also been working on getting together the notebooks my hubby uses to record payouts and incomes. This year for him alone so far, he has to have 4 books made up. That's not including the two books I have made already for the property him and I own together.
I've talked to a rep today regarding a 401k I had with the last place I worked. It's been sitting for a long time b/c I haven't worked in a long time. I found out today that I can actually roll over to an IRA. I thought that was really cool. My hubby has one and now I will have one. It's a nice way to save money. I mean it's not a retirement for me b/c I don't work, but who knows, maybe 20 years from now it will be a nice amount and I can do something great with it. (like pay for kids college)
That's all for now, I've got to go finish making Chicken -n- dumplin's. mmm-good!

Things I've bought today
Thanks to Sis N who is a great looker upper online person. I've managed to use my gift card and spend a little more (not much) today.
Here is what I've bought.

Both of these Diaper Bags have come highly recommended. The second one is really roomy. I know they are very girly, but I'm sure Logan won't mind. lol Now though I don't know if Daddy will carry the diaper bag like he has in the past.

This is a korker hair bow with aligator clip on back. I can use it in Brooklynn's hair if she has enough, or use on her clothes. I believe it was only 2.00.

This hair bow I bought in black and white. It was only 3.00 for each one.
The site was amazing and had lots of cool things on it. Some bows were definitly made for an Apostolic Baby. lol

Well on to view what else the web shopping has to offer.

My baby shower was a success!
Due to Mother Nature....
My baby shower seemed to be on the verge of a cancellation.
Thankfully though, we had it still and had plenty of peeps to show.
Sis Best Friend, threw the shower, and I have to say, I LOVED it.
We had it at the Buffet place like I mentioned before.
Had games, which were pretty funny.
Presents, I was so happy to recieve.
Food, always a must.
Desert, though didn't eat any b/c was too full from the dinner.
All in all it was absolutely a success. Thanks you Sis. Your hard work paid off and it was great.
There were those who couldn't make it b/c weather was getting really bad further south of the party. But I will see them on Thurs, therefore, more gifts will be opened. I have to admit, I don't get tired of opening presents. Nope, sure dont.
*****************************************
Some gifts were:
Dress outfits
stockings/socks
long sleeve onsies
other cute onsies
water temp checker
rcving blankets
super nice blankets
some great bibs with sayings on them
gift card to wal-m***
Just so many things I can't even name them all. I am so blessed and thankful to rcv all I got last night and will get come Thurs.
*******************************
Tomorrow I have doctor appt. at 4pm. I'm sure there will be no change (in Jesus name).
We don't have too much longer to go till March 2nd.

Im getting....
Im getting:
* a 2006 camper!!!!!!
* a 2002 GMC truck to pull my new camper!!!!
* Finally my new cell phone I've been wanting forever!
* New books from the Library.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Explanations of why I'm getting the items above.
Camper and truck-
Well I have a close friend (love you girl) Who is getting a brand spankin' new camper. They have decided that if they could sell privately their older camper they would.
Of course I talked to my hubby Ray. He thought it would be really nice to have a new camper and when they (our friends) said they were getting rid of their truck too, it only sweetened the deal for him.
After a week of Ray thinking about it and me not pressing the issue. (thought I did really well btw) My hubby decided he wanted to do both. He is so super excited about it and I'm glad. By the end of the week we will have the truck and camper switched over and will be the new proud owners. I will finally have a truck to drive again. I miss driving those big machines. lol Look out I might mow you over!
Cell phone-
I'm sure I've posted before that I've been dying for a new phone. Don't get me wrong, mine isn't broken. It's banged up from Logo, but when I got the phone, it wasn't what I really wanted.
I believe I will be buying the Blackberry Pearl. If I can stand it, I'm going to go to the store today and look around and possibly buy it. I'm eligable for 150.00 off plus a mail in rebate of 100.00. That's some serious savings my friend!!!!!! If /when I buy my new phone I will be sure to post.
My phone now that I have is better then the one Ray has. If he wants me to, I can switch his number over to it. Will have to take off the hot pink front plate though. I don't think he would carry it around the way it is now.
New books-
It's high time I pay a visit to the local Library. It's been far too long and I'm in need of new books. So If I can stand to be out a little longer after my trip to the Cell phone store, I will head over to get some books.
I love to read, and it makes the day go by faster.
Short andsweet on what's goin' on
I was feeling pretty good today until I left the doctor's office.
I had the test ran again to find out if I will go into labor the next two weeks.
This time he did it a little differently to get a more accurate test result.
According to him, Mr. Doc, I have had some change in my cervix since my last visit a week ago.
So He is looking into a shot that I can get once a week to possibly hold off my labor.
I find out Wed the results of my test, and if I can start taking that shot or if I'm too far along for it.
*************************************
My baby shower is Monday the 11th. We will be having it at a buffet resturant. That way food is covered, desert as well. Clean up will be much easier, and it's a central location.
I'm def excited about it. I get to see my invites Sunday.
**************************************
I don't feel much like writing right now. I'm really tired. And even though it's Friday night, I'm ready to go to bed. It's 11pm and i'm done for the day.
